StockEducation Glossary Mailer
Internal StockEducation operations tool · Updated 30 September 2026
StockEducation Glossary Mailer is an internal notification tool operated by Stock Education Publishing Pty Ltd. After a batch of three existing investment glossary pages has passed our publication checks, it sends a completion email from an authorized StockEducation team member’s Google account to a designated editor in an existing email conversation. It is not a service offered to website visitors and does not access visitor Google accounts.
Google account access
The tool requests permission to send email (gmail.send) and confirm the authorized sender’s account email address. It does not request permission to read, search, change or delete Gmail messages. It cannot inspect the sender’s inbox or retrieve the existing conversation; the destination and thread identifiers are configured by the site operator.
How information is used and stored
The tool keeps its Google authorization credentials, sender and recipient addresses, configured thread identifiers and batch status in access-restricted server configuration and records. It uses those details only to send the glossary completion message and prevent duplicate sends. The message contains the completed page links and a short quality-check summary. Google processes the outgoing message for delivery, and the designated recipient receives it. This Google account information is not sold, used for advertising or supplied to the glossary content-generation model.
Control and contact
The Google account owner may revoke this permission in Google Account settings. Revoking access stops the tool from sending further messages; it does not affect the public glossary or website. To ask about the integration or request removal of its stored authorization, contact support@stockeducation.com.
