About Manny Manny is a highly experienced finance and corporate advisory executive with more than 45 years’ experience across accounting, investment banking, corporate advisory, and strategic financial management. His professional background includes senior roles with leading professional services firms such as PriceWaterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, along with deep experience in insolvency, corporate recovery, forensic accounting, and management accounting. After his early career in professional practice, Manny moved into investment banking with a publicly listed Sydney-based investment bank, where he advanced to Executive Director. In that role, he represented the bank’s interests at board level across investments in Australia and the United States, building extensive experience across governance, strategy, and capital markets. In the late 1990s, Manny founded his own advisory practice, providing outsourced CFO and financial management services to SMEs across sectors including finance, retail, manufacturing, and technology. He is recognised for a hands-on leadership style and a focus on value creation, including leading the successful restructure and sale of a Sydney-based plastics manufacturing business as CEO.
